Canveo launches native integration with Salesforce
Canveo has integrated with Salesforce, the leading CRM, marketing and sales automation platform.

Following the Hubspot integration, Canveo has now also launched a native integration with CRM, Marketing automation and data analytics platform Salesforce. This is a next step in the end-to-end digitization and automation of the contracting workflows.
The integration eliminates inefficiencies and manual errors through business users having to dual key information. Where Salesforce is typically used in the prospect phase of a customer engagement, Canveo naturally comes next, as it streamlines the actualization of the deal through its e-Contracting platform.
At the time of writing, you can directly import Accounts (ie. companies) from Salesforce when you want to use them as a counterparty in Canveo. In addition, you can import related company Contacts from Salesforce directly into Canveo as collaborators. Requirements to use the integration
In order to use the integration for your company, the following is required:
- A salesforce account, specifically an "Enterprise" account
- A canveo Enterprise account
- A one-time installation, see below for details
How to enable the integration
To install the integration for your company is easy and will take you less than 5 minutes, follow these three steps:
- Ensure you are an admin and system administrator
- Enable the integration
- Authorize the integration
Step 1. Ensure you are a (super) admin
In order to be able to install the integration for your company and your users, you'll need to have sufficient rights both in Canveo (to complete step 2 below) and in Salesforce (to complete step 3 below).
For Canveo, only an "Admin" user can enable the integration. To find out your user role:
- Login to Canveo
- Click on your user icon (top right) > click "Account"
- Your account type is shown:
For Salesforce, only a "System Administrator" can authorize the integration for their company. To find out your user role
- Login to Salesforce
- Click the "user icon" (top right) and then the "Settings" link. Then click "Advanced user Details" on the left-hand side
- A System Administrator will be able to see their access role:
If you're not a Canveo Admin or Salesforce System Administrator, contact your IT Administrator, they'll be able to help complete step 2 and 3.
Step 2. Enable the integration inside Canveo
- Login to Canveo
- Click on the Module selector (top left) > click "Admin"
- Inside the "Company" Tab > Click "Subscription"
- "Toggle" the Salesforce integration:
Step 3. Authorize the integration
- You will be automatically routed to a confirmation screen from Salesforce
- If not logged in to Salesforce yet, you may be prompted to Login
- Confirm the integration by clicking "Allow"
You'll be routed back to Canveo where the Salesforce toggle will be switched on
